FAQ

How involved do I need to be?

As much as you'd like to be.

We have worked both as 'implants' internally in companies, and as an out of house agency.

From daily calls and running slack commentary, to monthly emails.
We're here to execute potent, best in class solutions, regardless of guidance.

What are your main services?

We have built a variety of relationships with clients. But most commonly we split our work in to two key types: Task Automations & Ecommerce Optimisations, with a rapidly growing number of clients on our Radar plan.

Ecommerce optimisations
are often LLM SEO (boosting traffic by how your keyword ranks on LLM's: AEO & GEO), Conversational Commerce (LLM Buy buttons and Ads), Onsite Content Generation, Product Admin & Order Admin.

Task Automations most commonly are Data Entry (Platform to Excel or Google Sheets), Custom slack, Email & Whatsapp AI agents.

Radar Clients are mostly commonly focused on upcoming LLM Commerce options like the GPT Shopify collab, LLM Ad Placements & Specific Task Automations.

How long do custom projects usually take?

Project length varies massively depending on scope, however our current average project length is under 4 weeks.

We are gradually beginning to see more likeness in what clients are requesting, which means, some projects can be nearly 'copy paste' workflows. And can mean deployment within hours, and billing to suit.

If you have a project you have in mind - always ask us, there's a chance we may have already done it.

What does the typical project lifecycle look like?

All projects vary but our internal structure often looks like the below:

1 Discovery & Scoping
– assess needs, define KPIs

2 Proof of Concept – validate feasibility on a small scale

3 Development & Integration
– build, test and connect to your systems

4 User Acceptance & Training
– ensure your team is confident

5 Deployment & Monitoring – go live and optimise where necessary

Are there ongoing costs beyond labour?

There can be - depending on the body of work, especially in automations, there can be hosting fees and software costs associated with our solution.

Usually these are relatively low & your account manager will make you aware of these at proposal stage or as early as possible.
