We have built a variety of relationships with clients. But most commonly we split our work in to two key types: Agentic Commerce Optimisation & Automations with a rapidly growing number of clients on our Radar plan.
Agentic Commerce Optimisation as Shopify partners, and our team mostly having an ecommerce background we are open to a broad scope of work, but our current area of specialism is supporting early movers who are looking to optimise their visibility in LLMs, and prepare for Agentic Commerce and Ads becoming more widespread.
Radar Clients are mostly commonly focused on upcoming Agentic Commerce and Ad evolution particularly in Open Ai.
Automations we handle, are most commonly are Meta Ad creative flows or Data Entry across platforms, we also have high demand for custom slack, email & Whatsapp agents.
We can and do white label for a handful of agencies currently, we’re open to discuss collaborations.
We choose, and sometimes combine tooling based on client needs, size and area of focus.
We usually use a mixture of Peec, Profound & Jellyfish SoM as well some custom tools unique to Vessel.
All of course in parallel with traditional tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.
We remain tool agnostic to provide our clients with the best, most holistic analysis possible this also allows us to have the most consistent view while tools are ever evolving, to suit LLMs.
Yes. You can and should prepare now, especially now OpenAi Atlas is available in the UK, with agentic commerce enabled.
Outside of Atlas and for other regions it is brands can be preparing in the following ways:
• Get your product catalog ACP-ready (structure, compliance & policies).
• Optimise content & schema.
• Stage feeds, build monitoring, and create fallback experiences (LLM to site PDPs)
• Prepare conversion attribution, and behaviour tracking setup.
We believe there is a strong first-mover benefit in the space as regional access continues to expand.
We’re currently working with a few brands in regions where agentic commerce isn’t yet widespread.

Ads rollout research:
We are actively pursuing and verifying all Ad product developments from OpenAi, Anthropic, Meta, Google and Perplexity. This includes, outbound and release monitoring, leaks verification and the opportunity to participate in any pilot applications or beta experiences.
Current user behaviour analysis:
We are naturally beginning to form a solid understanding of how users behave in platform, including what sort of prompts are most likely to return a conversion and what sort of responses obtain the highest CTR.
We are doing this to ensure we are the best equipped to provide our clients early stage ad efficiencies and advice.
There can be - depending on the body of work, especially in automations, there can be hosting fees and software costs associated with our solution.
Usually these are relatively low & your account manager will make you aware of these at proposal stage or as early as possible.
