Ecommerce optimisations are often LLM SEO (boosting traffic by how your keyword ranks on LLM's: AEO & GEO), Conversational Commerce (LLM Buy buttons and Ads), Onsite Content Generation, Product Admin & Order Admin.
Task Automations most commonly are Data Entry (Platform to Excel or Google Sheets), Custom slack, Email & Whatsapp AI agents.
Radar Clients are mostly commonly focused on upcoming LLM Commerce options like the GPT Shopify collab, LLM Ad Placements & Specific Task Automations.
Project length varies massively depending on scope, however our current average project length is under 4 weeks.
We are gradually beginning to see more likeness in what clients are requesting, which means, some projects can be nearly 'copy paste' workflows. And can mean deployment within hours, and billing to suit.

Usually these are relatively low & your account manager will make you aware of these at proposal stage or as early as possible.
